These Terms and Conditions govern the rules and procedures for the use of services offered by Elite Sport Management LTD ("the company"), with a registered address at: Samokov, 9 Rilski Skior Street, Company ID: 207545368. The company provides services related to skiing and snowboarding, including a ski and snowboard school, equipment rental, maintenance, and other related services.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. Elite Sport Management LTD (“the company”) offers ski and snowboard services in the Borovets resort, including but not limited to ski and snowboard lessons, equipment rental, ski and snowboard servicing, and other related activities.

1.2. The company provides users with the opportunity to book and purchase the offered services online or in person.

1.3. By using the services of Elite Sport Management LTD, users agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

 

2. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

2.1. Bookings for ski and snowboard lessons, equipment rental, and other services can be made via the website or in person at the office of Elite Sport Management LTD in Borovets.

2.2. All bookings are subject to confirmation by Elite Sport Management LTD via email or phone call.

2.3. Payments can be made online via credit/debit card or in cash at the company's office.

2.4. Elite Sport Management LTD reserves the right to cancel bookings if the payment terms are not fulfilled.

 

3. CANCELLATION AND REFUND TERMS

3.1. Users have the right to cancel a reserved service no later than 14 days before the service start time by notifying Elite Sport Management LTD via email or phone.

3.2. In case of cancellation by the user within the specified period, the paid amounts will be fully refunded.

3.3. If the cancellation is made less than 14 days before the service, the refund is not guaranteed and will be at the discretion of Elite Sport Management LTD.

3.4. In the event of cancellation of the service by Elite Sport Management LTD , clients will be compensated either with a full refund or alternative dates for the provision of the service.

 

4. SERVICES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

4.1. Elite Sport Management LTD provides professional ski and snowboard lessons offered by qualified instructors in accordance with industry standards.

4.2. The company guarantees that the rented equipment is in good technical condition and meets the necessary safety standards.

4.3. Users are required to use the equipment as intended and return it in the condition in which it was provided, except for normal wear and tear.

4.4. Elite Sport Management LTD is not responsible for injuries caused by improper use of the equipment or failure to follow the instructors' directions.

4.5. All lessons are conducted considering weather conditions and the state of the slopes. Delays or schedule changes may occur depending on these conditions.

 

5. EQUIPMENT RENTAL

5.1. Elite Sport Management LTD offers ski and snowboard equipment rental for different skill levels and riding styles. 5.2. Equipment rental includes a full technical check before being provided to the client.

5.3. Before the equipment is provided, the client is required to fill in personal details and sign a document declaring their agreement with these Terms and Conditions and accepting responsibility for the condition of the rented equipment.

5.4. Users are required to return the equipment within the agreed timeframe; otherwise, additional fees for delay will be charged.

5.5. In the event of damage, loss, or any other harm to the equipment caused by the user, they are obligated to pay the necessary amounts for the repair or replacement of the equipment as determined by Elite Sport Management LTD.

 

6. INSURANCE

6.1. It is recommended that users have personal insurance covering risks related to winter sports.

6.2. Elite Sport Management LTD is not liable for accidents or injuries occurring during the use of its services unless caused by negligence or error on the part of its staff

 

7. DATA PROTECTION

7.1. Elite Sport Management LTD collects and processes users' personal data to provide services and improve the user experience.

7.2. The data is stored and processed in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation.

7.3. Users have the right to access, correct, and delete their personal data upon request.

 

8. AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS

8.1. Elite Sport Management LTD reserves the right to make amendments and additions to these Terms and Conditions. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the website.

8.2. Users are required to keep themselves informed of the current conditions before using the services.

 

9. APPLICABLE LAW

9.1. All disputes arising in connection with the use of the services of Elite Sport Management LTD will be resolved in accordance with Bulgarian law.

9.2. In case of an inability to reach an agreement, the parties may refer the matter to the competent court in Bulgaria.
